Do You Have A Minimum Order Value

Yes we have a current minimum order value of £75.00 plus carriage plus VAT at the current rate.

This value is to cover the material cost and administration costs associated with processing an order.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes from 12 months to 10 years dependant on the particular product. All our products are guaranteed from manufacturing defects however this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Are free rubber, carpet & PVC samples available?

Yes. All products have small free samples available. Please quote the MD number and preferred colour.

What sizes are available?

Our PDF product download sheets have standard sizes i.e. width, length, and thickness information - should colour options be avalable these may well be included on the sheet.

Do you provide custom cut bespoke sizes?

Yes custom sizes are available on many of our matting products, please see our PDF Product Download sheets for further details.

Is a matting catalogue available?

No, however most of our mat product information is available on this website.

How long does it usually take to receive our product?

It depends on the product. Most of our rubber & PVC mat and tile products are ex-stock and can be shipped within 48 hours. Bespoke custom made products can take from 14-28 days from artwork approval. NEED IT SOONER please request information regarding our Fast Track option should you be short on time.

Are free site visits possible?

Site visits are possible but only in special circumstances please telephone the sales office for further information.

How do I select which matting product I need?

There are a number of considerations: indoor or outdoor, cost, what do you want the product to achieve. Is it for a matwell or is it floor laid, does it need to be washable, ramp area, safety, hygiene, am I looking for interlocking rubber tiles, rubber matting rolls, plastic floor mats, for logo mats number of colours, complexity of logo. Do you sell mats to the general public from your premises?

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to sell to the general public from our premises.

Can we collect our order?

Not generally as we do not have the facility to enable self-collection unless an agreement has been made with our sales team during the order process.

How are the products shipped?

Via experienced cost effective dedicated carriers. In parcel format up to 30KG or on approved wooden or plastic pallets.

What artwork is required for logo brand mats or printed carpets?

To get the process started quickly you can email your logo to us in digital format. Preferred formats are high resolution .pdf (Adobe Acrobat), .cdr (Corel Draw), .eps (Photoshop) or .ai (Adobe illustrator). We may also be able to use formats such as .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff or .png files. Once we have these we will return a product visual for your approval or amendment prior to production.

Where can I get product pricing?

How do I pay for my order?

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received or an official purchase order has been raised for account holders. We will send a pro-forma invoice via email. Once this has been recieved simply pay via BACS, Credit or Debit card including AMEX. Should you have an account we will simply send a 30-day payable invoice on dispatch of goods.

What is the carriage cost?

Cost is entirely governed by the weight and size of your order. We use experienced couriers most suited to your delivery requirements, priced at cost only.

How do I place an order?

Once you have received your quotation and are happy with it you can simply order your products via email with an official purchase order or telephoning our sales office on +44 (0)161 797 6785 where one of our team will be pleased to assist you.

Can I return a product?

If you receive an ordered product and there is a defect, shortage, damage or product error please call us within 24 hours of receipt and we will give you return instructions. Custom made, custom cut or logo products are not returnable unless an error in production against your order has occurred. These products are customised and unique to you. It is critical that all steps are taken to prevent any disappointment. We always recommend getting a sample if available to ensure compatibility with expectations.
